About

Welcome!

You are here because everything or some things in your life may seem too much, trying to cope with everyday life, there seem to be aspects of life that are causing you concern and you don't know and understand why.

I am here to support you if you need to untangle the 'wires' of your mind, understand a certain situation, want to make a change, find your way, or just want to grow and heal.

I will provide a space where you can feel welcomed, heard, understood, and safe. We are all unique, we can perceive and react to things in many different ways. It takes patience and willingness to work through.

I am a qualified family psychotherapist practising since 2013. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have worked with people with a range of experiences and concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, loss, low self-esteem/self-confidence, day-to-day life struggles, personal growth, relationship or family issues, and distress (family, friends, partners), health-related issues, work, and career-related issues, and parenting. I also offer premarital counselling.

Most people feel anxious at their first meeting with a therapist. This is perfectly normal. I understand how difficult it is to make this decision. I have been there.

I can provide a free initial 10 minutes telephone consultation to discuss more details and to see how we can work together.
