Life coaching helps individuals unlock their potential and achieve personal and professional goals. By providing guidance, I will empower you to overcome obstacles and create actionable plans for success.
My approach
I coach adults seeking personal growth and self-discovery by helping them change aspects of their lives that no longer serve them. I provide a supportive space where you can gain clarity and uncover your own answers, solutions, and next steps. As a coach, I assist you in clarifying your goals, planning actionable steps, and maintaining accountability. Additionally, I will challenge you when necessary to ensure your progress.
As a dual-trained practitioner, I work at the boundary of therapy and coaching. It’s important to note that coaching focuses on future goals and personal growth, while therapy addresses past experiences and mental health. This distinction allows you to choose the right support for your needs.
I can assist you in several areas, including:
-
Building confidence
-
Gaining clarity
-
Improving interpersonal relationships
-
Managing career changes and development
-
Enhancing daily living skills
-
Achieving work-life balance
-
Creating a healthy lifestyle
During our discovery call, if it becomes evident that therapy would better meet your needs, I will inform you and we can discuss the available options.
How I work
Sessions usually last for 90 minutes, with options for 1-hour and 2-hour sessions available. These can be scheduled every two weeks or monthly, based on your preference. All sessions will be conducted online, making it easier for you to plan according to your schedule.
Please note that I do not currently offer evening or weekend appointments.
Fees
I am currently offering a reduced rate of £60 per hour until the end of July 2026 while I work towards European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) senior practitioner accreditation.
Together, we will create a personalised path that embraces growth and clarity, enabling you to thrive in your life.
